The F65-14ST tires you have are 24.49" in diameter and 8.07" wide and are similar in size to ST205/65-14 tires.

There are not going to be trailer tires that you can get which are going to fit 14" wheels and have a smaller diameter so what you are going to need to do is change to smaller wheels. I recommend 12" wheels and the Kenda Karrier # AM31202 will give you a 12" wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern along with ST145/R12 tires that have a 21.3" diameter, are 5.7" wide and have a 1,220 lb capacity

You do need to make sure you currently have the same bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2" for these wheels to fit; I have added a link to a help article which explains how to find your bolt pattern if you are unsure of what yours is.
