Can Three Kayaks Be Carried with Thule Stacker TH830
Question:
Are there any weight or balance problems with transporting 3 kayaks on the Thule stacker? Were one of those odd-ball families that have 3! Im sure I would not have any problems using the Stacker on my 2012 Toyota 4runner with factory installed racks, just want to be sure there isnt anything special that needs to be done to balance them when transporting an odd number. Thanks!

The Thule Stacker # TH830 is designed to carry up to 4 kayaks at a time so for a setup like yours that only needs 3 you'd be totally fine. There wouldn't be any type of balance issue either. Two would go on one side of the upright and one on the other and you'd be set.
Be sure not to exceed the weigth capacity on the roof of your 4Runner either. That will be listed in the owners manual.
