Fifth Wheel Hitch for 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500HD

I HAVE A NEW PATRIOT SLIDER HITCH IN MY 2011 2500HD. I AM BUYING A 2018 2500HD WITH HITCH PREP PACKAGE. WHAT BRACKETS/RAILS WILL I NEED TO INSTALL MY PATRIOT HITCH INTO THE PREP PACKAGE??

I wish I had better news for you but there are no rails that will allow you to use the B&W Patriot # BWRVK3270 in the prep package of your 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500. The only available adapter for standard fifth wheel hitches that fits the Chevy prep package, the Demco # DM6194, does NOT work with the Patriot.

This means you will need a new fifth wheel hitch, and if you liked the Patriot, B&W makes what is considered to be an even better fifth wheel which DOES fit into your Silverado's factory puck system.
