For a hitch to carry a bike rack with your 2013 Toyota Corolla the Draw Tite # 24913 is the way to go since it does not require a stabilizer strap when carrying a non-supported load like the Curt does.
Once that's installed the Thule Doubletrack Pro XT part # TH92BJ that you referenced would fit and work well. This is a great platform rack that will carry up to two bikes and is designed for Class I hitches like the Draw Tite mentioned.
