For your 2014 Buick Encore, we have the Curt Class I Round Tube Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11527. This Class I hitch is confirmed to fit your vehicle and will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. It will provide you with a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening and features a 200 pound tongue weight capacity and 2,000 pound towing limit.

The Draw-Tite Class III Hitch # 75528 that you referenced is designed to fit certain model years of the GMC Acadia, Chevy Traverse, and Buick Enclave. It will not work on your Buick Encore. There are no Class III hitches available for your vehicle.

All of this hardware is included with the hitch.
