Replacement Follow Jack for 2013 Forest River Salem Hemisphere Lite 346
Question:
I need parts or replacement for Follow Jack on front lift, appears internal screw is bent slightly such that when jack gets to that area it binds up, pulls down motor and then blows fuses. Can the internal screw portion of jack be purchased or do we need the entire jack assembly. Hitch is Lippert, nothing on jack to indicate so assume it to be lippert also. Any recommendations? 2013 Forest River Salem Hemisphere Lite 346

For your 2013 Forest River Salem Hemisphere Lite, the Replacement 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear Follow Leg w/ Snap Pin for Lippert Components RVs # LC179014 is most likely the correct replacement. It has an outer tube height of 29-1/2 inches and a distance between the bracket stops of 17-1/2 inches outside to outside and 15-1/2 inches inside to inside. I've attached a diagram to assist.
If your weld stops are spaced 19-1/2 inches and 21-1/2 inches then you will want the longer 33-1/2 inch outer tube. For that I recommend the Replacement Follow Leg for Stromberg Carlson Landing Gear # LG-177201 also made by Lippert.
