We do offer trailer suspension lift kits # K71-384-00 and # K71-385-00 for leaf spring suspensions and also some kits for torsion axles. For a tandem axle setup like your Minnie Winnie 2106FBS we do have torsion axle lift kits shown on the linked page.
Since your trailer has two 3500-lb-rated axles the kit you'll use is part # K71-707-02, the one you referenced. This is compatible with tandem # 10 Torflex axles rated from 2300-lbs up to 4000-lbs.
I recommend verifying with Winnebago that your trailer uses # 10 axles; you can provide them your trailer's VIN to confirm.
