The Inno roof rack that fits your 2010 Dodge Caliber uses 50" square crossbars # INB127 which are 7/8" tall x 1-1/4" wide, although your vehicle also has a crossbar spread of 20" and kayak carriers generally need a minimum spread of 24". Due to that I recommend using the Rhino-Rack Pad # RRRWP05 to carry your kayak; these are 33-1/2" long pads and come with straps.

For a bike rack I recommend checking out the Inno Fork Lock III Roof Bike Rack # INA391 which will fit your crossbars that have a 20" spread and a weight capacity of 50 lbs. It is 6-1/2" wide and does require your bike have a 9-mm quick-release front-wheel skewer.
