Trailer Hub Recommendation for Spindle that Measures 1 inch and 1.25 inch
Question:
I have an old boat trailer with 8inch wheels. The hubs that are on it dont seem to fit the spindle. The spindle is 1inch for 3inch inches from the threads to a shoulder then 1.25inch approximate diameter for .5. What is the correct hub assembly for this trailer?

Your spindle dimensions match the BT8 spindle so for a replacement hub the # AKIHUB-440-2-1K will fit if you have a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern or the part # AKIHUB-545-2-1K for a hub with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
