Recommended Weight Distribution Shank with 8-1/4 Inch Drop
Question:
Have a pickup with a 6 inch lift. To the top of the opening in the hitch is 25 and a 1/4 inches. With my camper level, to the bottom of the coupler its 27 inches. So I would need 8 and 1/ 4 inches of drop correct??? Any idea what shank would work to achieve that with a weight distribution hitch?

You mentioned a measurement to the bottom of the trailer coupler of 27 inches, but I think you may have meant to type 17 inches (just let me know if I am wrong). If that is correct, then you will indeed need a weight distribution shank that will provide you with a drop of 8-1/4 inches.
I recommend taking a look at the Curt Welded Weight Distribution Shank # C17123. This shank will provide up to a 8-1/4 inch drop as long as you have a trunnion bar weight distribution system (8-1/2 inch for trunnion systems).
I have attached a short video demonstration on this weight distribution shank that you can also check out.
