A 24 foot long travel trailer is more than likely going to use a 2-5/16" hitch ball but it could also be a 2" hitch ball so it will be important to check the top of the trailer coupler for this as it will be stamped into it. If you need a hitch ball for a weight distribution system like the Strait-Line Weight Distribution System w Sway Control part # RP66084 then you will need to make note of the shank as the hitch balls for a distribution system are unique.

The correct hitch ball for the above system will be part # A-90 for 2" and part # 19286 for 2-5/16". It may not be a bad idea to have both in case you were to change trailers.
