If you are wanting to carry your dirt bike with the 2013 Toyota RAV4 that you input into the vehicle information section then I recommend using the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98864 which has a tongue weight (TW) rating of 525 lbs.

You could then use the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier # 98873 which is compatible with this trailer hitch and has a weight rating of 500 lbs. If you don't already have tie-downs then I recommend using the Erickson Ratchet Tie-Down Straps # EM31353.

I do recommend checking your owner's manual for any specific details regarding weight limits. If your RAV4 has a TW limit lower than the trailer hitch then you need to abide by it. As long as the combined 278 lbs of your bike and the carrier don't exceed the TW rating of your RAV4 you are good to go. Keep in mind that if you have a pare tire this may not fit
