Recommended Air Springs For Best Ride Quality When Towing
Question:
The boss isnt happy with the ride quality of my 2018 F-350 SRW with factory 5th wheel pucks. We pull a pretty big TT and have gear in the bed while pulling. Im way under my payload capacity and dont need bags to level my suspension, but Im wondering if they will smooth out the ride? When Im loaded and rolling I can confirm that the factory helper spring is in use.

On your 2018 Ford F-350, adding air springs will absolutely help smooth out your ride. The Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2600 you mentioned are an excellent choice to give you the ability to adjust for comfort between 20 psi and 100 psi. This kit will come with the manual inflation valves that will allow you to adjust your springs using any air compressor.
If you want the convenience of adjusting the springs at any time, I recommend the Firestone Air Command I Compressor System with Analog Gauge and Heavy Duty Compressor - Single Path # F2097 or if you want to adjust the springs independently # F2219. If you prefer a wireless system with digital gauge, then the Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs - Hand-Held Remote - Single Path # AL25980 or dual path # AL74000 will work well with these springs.
