Rhino-Rack ROC 25 Roof Rack # RR37TR is for a Chevy Spark and will not fit your 2014 Ford Focus hatchback. Also, this is a single bar roof rack and not a set.
For a completely, 2-bar roof rack that will fit your Focus you can use # RR78MR. If you are looking for a lower cost option then the most cost effective roof rack is from Inno using the following parts:
Bars # INB137
Feet # INSUT
Fit kit # INK528
With this roof rack installed you can use Thule basket # TH859XT though the mounting feet on the basket will not be completely centered on the bars.
