Towing Mirrors to Fit a 2012 Ford F-150 King Ranch

I want to purchase a pair for my Ford King ranch F150. Your sihtbsays that the KS81810 ,are the mirrors I need! Questions: Are they hard to put on? Is there any type of assembly before putting on the mirrors? What type of tools do I need? Will they stay on the existing mirrors well enough on highway? Thank you for your time!
