Recommended Components for Flat Towing a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon

HI, We just bought a Thor ACE 27.2 and would like to tow our 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. Our ACE receiver is 8000# and the Jeep weight is 4300, I think I need tow bar, plate for jeep, and wiring for lights? Do you have recommendations? Also we will be traveling from OR to FL and crossing many states, are there laws in some states about having breaking package? Thanks!!

There are laws in most states about having a supplemental braking system on your flat towed vehicle, so I will give you the complete system you need to be legal in all states.
I recommend starting with the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521448-4. Then using the Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar # RM-520 and safety cables # RM-643.
Then for your tow bar wiring, I recommend the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56200 which plugs into your factory wiring behind your Jeep tail lights. You can then use the Wesbar Coiled Adapter - 7-Way RV to 4-Way or 5-Way flat - 8' Long # 787196 to connect your motorhome to your Jeep wiring.
For your braking system, I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System - Proportional # BLU37TR which is easily transferable between vehicles and uses a wireless connection. You will however need the 12V outlet # RM-9332 and the # RM-88400 brake relay to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.
You most likely will also need a high-low adapter for your tow-bar, so I have linked an article as well as the page to your adapter options for best fit.
