Parts Needed to Add Brakes to Trailer with 3,500 lb Axles
Question:
I have a 2004 ringo landscape trailer duel 3500lb axels. Im having trouble with the break controller saying that to check the trailer connection and have no breaks. I cant find the axel manufacturer in to identify the electric break kit I would need. Any assistance would be appreciated. thanks,

The etrailer.com Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K for E-Z Lube Axles would be the correct hub for your 3,500 lb axle, and then for brake assemblies # AKEBRK-35-SA covers both the left and right side.
This would easily install on your trailer and be all that you need aside from 10 gauge wire like part # 10-1-1 which is sold by the foot to wire the assemblies to the trailer wiring connector.
If the trailer currently has a 4-way and you want to convert it to a 7-way what you'll need is the junction box 7-Way Upgrade Kit part # HS381-9000.
