Troubleshooting Trailer Brakes that are Weak with Brake Pedal or Override Lever  

Question:

I have a 2016 Kaufman 3 car wedge trailer that the brakes is very weak on I pulled the emergency brake works perfectly when I pulled the cable but when I push the slider my truck keep moving with my foot off the brake or the end of gas the truck continues to roll I just replaced all 6 brakes and checked all wiring

What's the gain setting for the controller? Sounds like your brakes are working when there is the full voltage put on the circuit but maybe your controller just isn't putting out the 12 volts you'd need. This can be due to the gain level being too low on the controller or maybe the controller itself is weak and in need of replacing if it can't put out 12 volts.
