Round Bar Roof Rack Recommendation for 2005 Subaru Outback Wagon with Factory Crossbars

We have the Whispbar WB400 J-Cradle Kayak Carrier system on one car for 2 kayaks. I also want to use these carriers on a 2005 Outback Limited wagon with factory roof rack. The carriers came with adapter mounts to fit round crossbars. How do I attach round crossbars to the Outback to allow these adapters to be used?
