Correct Grease Seal for Dexter 3,500 Pound Axle

I have Dexter 3500# axle Spindle OD outer bearing 1.060 inner bearing 1.375 Seal 1.725 Hub seal ID 2.50 Close as I can get Need 4 seals

It sounds like you probably have a very common # 84 spindle which uses # L68149 for the inner bearing which has an inner diameter of 1.378 inches, # L44649 for the outer bearing which has an inner diameter of 1.063 inches, as well as a 10-19 seal that has an inner diameter of 1.719 inches and outer diameter of 2.565 inches.
If this is correct then you need part # RG06-050 for a set of two seals.
