I do have an option for you but we do not have a standard axle that would work on your 2010 Jayco Designer 5th wheel trailer. Instead, you would want to look into one of our Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension Systems like part # TASR7KS01. This system will actually replace the leaf springs on your trailer with a set of aeon springs that will work to absorb road shock and support the trailer's load better than the traditional leaf springs would.
In order to add brakes you can use the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 42866UC3-EZ along with the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly part # 23-105 for left and part # 23-106 for right.
