Trailer Hitch With 1-1/4" Receiver Needed for a 2001 Honda Odyssey

Can I get this model for my 2001 Honda Odyssey with a smaller receiver? And does it come with the hareness?

We do have the Draw-Tite # 36417 for your 2001 Honda Odyssey which does come with the 1-1/4" receiver you were asking about.
Even though this is available I still recommend going with the 2" options, part # 75270, and then using a reducer like part # HT02 for your accessory. The 1-1/4" receivers have more restrictions on what accessories can be used with them while the 2" options are much more universal.
Neither options come with the wiring but you can simply add it with the Tekonsha T-One # 118336 which connects to a connector behind some paneling at the rear of your Odyssey.
The Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2" Ball - 2" Drop # C45036 is a great option to use with the 2" receiver but you will want to consult the attached ball mount article to determine if the 2" drop is what you need for your towing setup.
