Recommended Roof Rack, Kayak Carrier, & Roof Bike Rack For 2017 Hyundai Tucson

Im looking to buy a roof rack for bike and kayak. This Yakima seems to fit my needs. What bike carrier and kayak carriers would it that rack and would any adapters be needed? Cost is my main consideration.
