The best 5th wheel hitch for your 2015 Ram 1500 will depend on what size bed you have in addition to whether or not you have the EcoDiesel engine. If you have the 5-1/2' bed then you will need to use a fixed 5th wheel hitch and a Sidewinder pin box. If you have a 6-1/2' bed then you will need to use a sliding 5th wheel hitch. Finally, if you have a 8' bed then you will want to use a fixed 5th wheel hitch.

I have attached the different options for you. You will need to first select the bed size and then whether or not you have the EcoDiesel engine in order to proceed. The only combination that will grant you with an under bed mounting kit is if you have the 8' bed without the EcoDiesel engine.

Once you select a 5th wheel hitch you will also need wiring and as long as you currently have a factory 7-way, I recommend using the 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness part # 50-97-410. If you have a plastic drop-in bedliner than it will need to be trimmed for the hitch but if it is a spray-in bedliner than no additional modifications will need to be made to accommodate it.
