I have a 2004 Honda Accord 4-Dr Sedan and my tip along with the screen packing fell out of my exhaust and my car is load now I have been pulled over three times and ticketed for it all three times what do I need to buy to make it quit again?

Exhaust tips are really just cosmetic trim items that provide visual appeal. It sounds more like your entire exhaust/muffler has an issue since the tip alone would not really change how loud the car is.
