Adjustable Ball Mount Recommendation that Can be Used with Friction Sway Control

Question:

I have a 2018 RPod trailer, that I want to pull with a 2007 Toyota 4-Runner. Ive pulled stock trailers and popup campers, but this Rpod is taller and lighter. Im wondering about a sway bar...I just got a Trimax TRZ6AL adjustable hitch will the sway bar ball plate work on the Trimax hitch, or would I have to get a different hitch?

Most adjustable ball mounts won't have a tab on the side of them for installing a friction sway control. For that we have the Shocker Hitch XR Adjustable Drop Hitch w/ Sway Control Tabs - 2" Ball - 7-1/2" Drop - 10K
Item # SHK28ZR which would work well with a sway control unit like the # 83660 which will help prevent sway from high winds or passing semi-trucks.

You could also go with a fixed ball mount with way control tab like the Curt # D320.
