does the Draw-Tite 24913 Sportframe Hitch come with drawbar?

You'd have to buy the recommended drawbar part # 3593 separately from the Draw Tite Trailer Hitch part # 24913 that you referenced as it is not included. For a hitch ball you'd want the part # 19258 for a 2 inch ball or part # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
For trailer wiring you'd then want the T-One kit part # 118459 which is also a confirmed fit.
