I’m looking for the exact measurements in each set of holes, what are they? Ie. 1”, 2.5”, 3.25” etc

The mounting holes for the ball mount on the Channel Style Adjustable Ball Mount # C45900 are 1" apart on center. I have attached a photo demonstrating this and some other measurements for you as well.

The Curt Slim Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount #C46KR that you referenced has two hitch pin holes that are one inch apart so the first pin hole has a distance of 10 inches from the ball center to the hitch pin and the other is 11 inches.

A BulletProof hitch double ball setup will not fit in the channel of the Curt shank part #C45917 the distance between the holes and the pin diameter doesn't match. You'd need to stick with a Curt ball setup part #C45912 instead.
