I cannot be sure as to what braking assemblies came on your 2005 Fleetwood Pegasus 270FQS without the VIN. However, most trailers of that era and size would have came with either 10 x 2-1/4" electric drum brakes or 12 x 2" electric drum brakes.
If you have 10 x 2-1/4" electric drum brakes then I recommend using the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-35-SA. These are self-adjusting brakes that are designed for 3,500 lb axles with a 4 bolt brake mounting flange. If you have 12 x 2" electric drum brakes then I recommend using the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-7-SA. These are also self-adjusting brakes but are designed for 5,200 lb - 7,000 lb axles with a 5 bolt brake mounting flange.
I have attached a review video of each braking assembly for you as well.
