I do have an option for you but I do not recommend placing two kayaks and a cargo carrier on the roof of your 2017 Ford Expedition EL. The kayaks and cargo box you have are both very wide and there is only so much real estate on the roof of your vehicle. In addition to space, you will also need to take weight into consideration. The weight of the roof rack, two kayaks, two kayak carriers, and cargo box would almost certainly exceed the vehicles roof capacity. I wish I could help you carry all of this on the roof but it is just not safe to you or other on the road.
Instead, I recommend placing the cargo box you have on the roof using a roof rack like the Thule Square Load Bar System part # TH712200 and part # TH710401. Then I recommend placing the two kayaks on a trailer like the MaloneMicroSport Trailer with J-Style Carriers for 2 Kayaks part # MPG461G2. This will be the best method we can offer you to carry all of your items. If you need any parts to tow the trailer then please let me know what those are and I would be happy to recommend them.
