The Equa-Flex Suspension On My Travel Trailer Rides Too High, Are They Adjustable?

The Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers are not adjustable for ride height. When this kit is installed, it gives the trailer about a 3 inch taller ride height. With the Equa-Flex Equalizers installed you're going to need to find a different way to tow your trailer level.
Traditionally when installing the Equa-Flex, customers are installing it on a travel trailer and are using a weight distribution system.
If this is the case then you would need to flip your shank over to gain height or get a shank that provides the needed height. This means setting up the weight distribution system again because the W/D head and shank will have to be disassembled in either case.
If your trailer is a 5th wheel, you will have to adjust the 5th wheel hitch and/or pin box for the new ride height. If the trailer is a gooseneck you will have to adjust the gooseneck coupler for the new ride height.
If you are not towing with weight distribution then a regular ball mount with the proper height (rise or drop) and weight capacity to match his truck and trailer could be used.
This Convert-a-Ball Ball Mount # TK5007 has a drop (from inside of hitch opening to top of ball platform of 10" maximum. It also has a rise (from top of inside of hitch opening to top of ball platform) of 9" maximum.
There are alternatives to those equalizers such as # K71-653-00
If you can measure exactly how many inches you will need to balance your trailer and the fully loaded weight of the trailer, I can help with a customized solution.
