The Yakima HighSpeed Roof Bike Rack, Item # Y02115, and the Yakima ForkLift Roof Bike Rack, Item # Y02098, are solid products that are designed to be durable as well as provide very secure platforms for bikes. I confirmed with Yakima that both will work with your Whispbar roof rack. Which is the better choice for you will depend on what kind of bike you have and what you need. Both work with a wide range of bikes. Both work with most types of crossbars including the Yakima Whispbars. Where the differences start to matter is the type of capacity each rack has.
The Yakima ForkLift Rack, Item # Y02098, fits most bikes with disc brakes and 9 mm forks. It is also a lightweight rack focused on ease of use. It has a sliding rear wheel tray with a ratcheting strap which makes your bike very secure in transit.
The Yakima HighSpeed Rack, Item # Y02115, fits bikes with all kinds of axle dimensions: 9 mm, 15 mm, 12 mm thru-axle, etc. It works with larger width tires up to 5 inches. It is a heavier duty rack that is designed to be rugged and to provide you with several options. It has a sliding wheel holder with ratcheting strap that secures you bike to the tray. It also works with different wheel bases up to 48 inches. The HighSpeed also has a TorgueRight knob that prevents over- or under-tightening.
Again, both options will keep your bike very secure on your roof. Deciding which one is best for you will depend on the bike your carrying and how much flexibility you need. Overall, I recommend going with the Yakima HighSpeed because of all of the options, the flexibility, and how secure it holds the bike it carries.
Whichever one you choose, I recommend considering the Same Key System Lock Cores, Item # Y07204, which provide one more layer of security for you bike and the rack.
I have attached links to some articles, videos, and videos of test course runs with each bike rack for you to check out.
