Recommended Replacement for 75 inch Axle with 61 Inch Frame

Question:

I have an Adams Drift Boat trailer with badly rusted axle and torsion bars. I want to find an axle kit but the axle length is about 75 inches and the spring width is about 61 inches so your standard 72 inch kit wont fit. I wld be happy to use leaf springs or torsion bars. I need a 2000 pound axle. Can you please help?

For your Adams Drift Boat Trailer, the dimensions you gave will work only with our Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System with Hubs - 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern # A20RS545 or 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern # A20RS440. Both these systems will bolt directly to your trailer frame and have the integrated rubber spring for suspension. They will fit any frame width and require a 2 inch square bar (not included) to fit into the integrated holes for support. They will give you more ground clearance than a typical axle and can be used in tandem applications if desired.

This will be a great system for your application and these axle-less systems are proven to work very well for these odd size trailer frames. I'm confident you will be happy with their function and they use EZ Lube Spindles for easy maintenance.
