How Tall is the Thule UpRide Bike Rack when Folded Down and Not in Use

Hi! : I purchased a thule side arm and the height when in the down not using position is too high for me to clear the height of my garage door. I prefer to install it for the season and leave it on, if possible. This rack, the upride seems to lay flatter. Is this true? and If so, less than 6? Id greatly appreciate an answer : thank you!!!

I spoke with my contact at Thule and on the UpRide # TH599000 she stated you would need to allow for 7 inches. You may like the Rhino-Rack Hybrid rack # RRRBC050. When it is folded down it measures approximately 2 inches from the tops of the roof rack. I have linked a video of this rack for you.
