Recommended Front and Rear Camper Tie-Downs for 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD With 8' Bed
Question:
Thanks so much for getting back to me. My apologies for leaving such pertinent information out on my original email. I'm investigating the hitch I currently have. I believe it is a Factory OEM but I'd like to make sure before I order the tie downs. Would you happen to know if the TALON V-5 HITCH is what Chevy uses? In any case here's my info: •2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD •crew cab (2 full doors on each side) •8 foot bed •running boards (actually they are pipes or bars) •Hitch - Talon V-5 Also, on the Torklift website where it says to measure the truck to see if I'll need the HD or LD application it says to "click here" for instructions but there isn't a link to click. Thanks again.

Thanks for the info, but I do need a little more. Is your Silverado a 1500, 2500 or 3500 and if 1500 or 2500 is it HD or LD? Also, I'd need your bed size and if the hitch is from the factory or is an aftermarket hitch. If you can get back to me with that info I'd be happy to find you the correct tie-downs.
