Will Different Hanger Spacing For Single-Axle Trailer With Double-Eye Springs Be A Problem
Question:
I bought the Aps1 hanger kit. I tacked the rear hanger bracket at 23 7/8 inch instead of 24 7/8 inch. What would be the problem if I was to leave it like this?

The Single-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit, Item # APS1, has recommended measurements that are meant to be guides. Actual measurements can vary depending on your situation. You may impact your tongue weight capacity with different location for the installation. If you can get your springs to fit properly then you should be fine.
