Will a Reese 12K 5th Wheel Hitch Work on a 2012 Toyota Double cab, 6.5 bed? Is the Reese #30035 railing system compatible with the Reese 12K Hitch?

I do have options for your 2012 Toyota Tundra but the Reese 12K 5th Wheel Hitch was discounted in 1990 and will not work with any of the installation kits we have for your truck (including part # RP30035) as they did not use the industry standard rails (ISR). Instead, I recommend taking a look at the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # RP30051 which is a very well made, cost effective option for you. It mounts to bed of your truck with a set of industry standard base rails (ISR) like part # RP50084-58 and will offer a towing capacity up to 16,000 lbs. It also has three adjustable height settings in addition to including a 10 year warranty. The industry standard base rails (ISR) that I recommend using with this hitch are custom fit which means it will limit the amount of drilling for installation.

I have attached a review video of this hitch for you as well. I also recommend using an in-bed wiring harness like part # 50-97-410 for easy connections.
