Why every time I hit the brakes when loaded the axle turn to the left?

Part of your suspension setup is damaged. Before you drive your trailer again check out all of the suspension components on the trailer. Most likely there's something broken on the passenger side that allowing the axle to move.

Let me know what you find that's broken with pictures if you can and we can see what would work best to fix it.
