Cargo Carrier for 1999 Honda Accord and 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid
Question:
Can you recommend a cargo hitch for me to share accross these 2 cars?

The cargo carrier you mentioned, the Curt 20 by 48 Cargo Carrier, part # C18145 would work just fine with either vehicle if it is equipped with a receiver hitch. The cargo carrier also includes an adapter that will allow the carrier to be used in vehicles with a Class III receiver.
A receiver hitch is what would bolt to the vehicle behind the back bumper. The Curt Cargo Carrier you referenced, part # C18145 would slide into the receiver hitch.
Receiver hitches are typically vehicle-specific, therefore you would need a receiver hitch for each vehicle.
For the 1999 Accord, I would recommend the Curt Class I receiver, part # C11290.
For your 2007 Camry, the Draw-Tite Class II receiver, part # 36416 would be a great choice.
By clicking on the below links, you can view the hitches I recommended as well as installation details for each hitch.
