Sounds like you have a Reese universal fifth wheel rail kit part # RP30035 plus a 16k Reese hitch that you want to install in the bed of your 2018 Ford F-Series Super Duty. The hitch and rails can be reused but you'll need a new bracket kit to attach the rails to your truck frame. For that you'll want the part # RP56017 plus the hardware kit part # 58164 and you'll be set. Or for the entire kit you'd want the # RP56017-53.
