I took a look at some online versions of the owner's manual and I can understand your frustration. If you check out page 157 of your owner's manual they actually give you a way to calculate how much towing weight your 2007 Ford F-250 is rated for.

If you open your driver side door you will find the Safety Compliance Certification Label which has the GCWR (Gross Combined Weight Rating) on it. This is the max amount of weight that your pickup can handle including including all cargo, passengers, and a loaded trailer.

You can find the GCW (Gross Combined Weight) of your towing setup by adding the weight of your fully loaded F-250 and your fully loaded trailer. Your GCW must never exceed your GCWR.

So, in short, if you load your F-250 up as if you were going to take a trip and go weigh it on a vehicle weigh scale you would simply subtract that number from the GCWR on your Safety Compliance Certification Label to determine what you can safely tow.

Please also check your equipment, like your trailer hitch, to ensure they are rated for over the amount of weight you are wanting to tow.
