How difficult is it to replace an ASM968 jensen stereo system with the JWM60A?

The difficulty really just depends on how comfortable you are with electronics. It really is more time consuming than difficult though. There are 20 wires that need to be connected to the correct functions. The wires are installed on a connector that plugs right into the back of the stereo. The functions that these wires connect to are highlighted in the instructions.
You also want to make sure that the Jensen Stereo # JWM60A fits in the space that you are wanting to install it. I have linked some pictures with the dimensions of this stereo for you to check out for a comparison.
