We do have a great hitch-mounted bike rack that is designed specifically for a Tadpole bike like what you will be purchasing with the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider # HR1000Z-R-TRKADP. This particular carrier is compatible with both 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch hitch receivers and can secure a trike of up to 100 pounds. The maximum trike width it will work with is 36 inches and a maximum wheelbase of 74 inches. A bike and hitch lock can be added with the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable Lock # HRLHPTC to help secure your investment.

With that being said, an important thing to consider is that all of the trailer hitches available for your 2011 Honda Accord are light duty, Class I hitches that feature a 200 pound tongue weight capacity. You will need to make sure that the combined weight of both the carrier itself and your trike do not exceed this weight limit. The above Hollywood Racks Sport Rider Rack weighs in at just about 50 pounds I also recommend checking the owner's manual for your Honda Accord for its specific capacity, as it may be even lower. You will need to follow whichever capacity is lower, the hitch's or the vehicle.

For a trailer hitch, I recommend the Curt Class I # C11085. This Class I hitch is confirmed to fit your Accord Sedan and will use existing holes in its frame for a no-drill installation. Curt does require the use of stabilizing straps like # 18050 when using non-trailer loads like bike racks and cargo carriers. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product so you can see exactly how it is used.
