This particular carrier is compatible with both 1-1/4 inch and 2 inch hitch receivers and can secure a trike of up to 100 pounds. The maximum trike width it will work with is 36 inches and a maximum wheelbase of 74 inches. With that being said, an important thing to consider is that all of the trailer hitches available for your 2011 Honda Accord are light duty, Class I hitches that feature a 200 pound tongue weight capacity. You will need to make sure that the combined weight of both the carrier itself and your trike do not exceed this weight limit.
