Weight Distribution System Compatibility with 2013 Ford Trailer and Trailer with 350 lb TW

Hi I bought a Reece distribution from etrailet that has 4000 weight and 400lb tongue weight. I had a 2007 ford explorer when I got this one to pull a 3200lb trailer with a 350lb tongue weight. The explorer overheated so I bought a 2013 f150 with 5.0 v8. Can I use the same distribution system on this bigger more powerful tow vehicle? Or do I have to get a higher rates system? Thanks

You can use the same Reese Steadi-Flex weight distribution system # 66557 on a larger tow vehicle like your 2013 Ford F-150 v8. The weight distribution system is based on the total tongue weight of the loaded trailer tongue and cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. It has very little to do with the towing vehicle, so it absolutely can be used with the same trailer.
