Could Spring Bar Hangers of Reese Steadi Flex be Welded to Trailer Frame

Do to location of Jack I am unable to bolt to frame can I weld on part # 18 , or do you offer a weld on bracket

As long as you have a professional welder attach the spring bar hanger of the Reese Steadi-Flex part # RP66560 to the frame of your trailer it could be welded and you'd be fine.
