Your best option for 2 mopeds on the back of a motorhome is to use the Flint Hill Goods 29" x 49" Carrier w/ 60" Ramp - 2" Hitch - 500 lbs # FHG69ZR. This is not rated for RV use, but no cargo carriers are. Then you can use the Master Lock Cam Buckle Straps w Strap Traps and Spring Clip Hooks # 317-412080 and soft loops # 06303 for each moped.
If you don't have a hitch receiver on the back of your motorhome, I recommend the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver - 18"-51" Wide # C13701 which is rated for tongue weights up to 500 lbs.
If you have a wider frame, then I recommend # 13703 which will fit frames up to 72 inches wide and has a tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs.
