Replacement Module Recommendation for RV Coach Steps that Do Not Retract Properly

Question:

With the ignition switch off and the step switch either on or off the steps extend when the door opens. And when the door closes it retracts with the step switch either on or off. When the ignition switch is turned on and step switch on and the door closed the steps start to retract and then comes back out to full extension. What would you suggest to troubleshot or R2? Sounds like you have a module issue. When the Coach Steps stop retracting and extending when they are supposed the solution is to replace the module. For that you'd need the part # LC301702. This is the brain of the system that tells the step motor when it's supposed to power in and power out the steps.
