The Ultra-Fab Skid Wheels # UF48-979013 don't have a weight capacity because they are not meant to be load bearing. They merely take the hit that the back end of your motorhome would otherwise be getting.
These are designed to be used for a Class A RV that is 34' or longer. To install them you will first need to have the brackets welded to your RV and then you bolt the skid wheels to the brackets using the included hardware.
