We do have the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1109-168 that is confirmed to fit your 2003 Chevy Suburban if it has the factory bar and coil spring suspension. This will do a really nice job of minimizing sway and driver fatigue by improving the stability and driveability of the vehicle. I have attached a short video demonstration on this product, along with the written instructions that you can also check out

There is not a steering stabilizer like the Roadmaster # RM-RSSB that you were looking at available that will fit your Suburban.

The Timbren jounce-style springs that you have installed do tend to provide a harsher ride when the vehicle is empty/unloaded, but the issues you are experiencing may have more to do with the factory suspension. Because suspension enhancement systems like this are designed to be added to a factory suspension that is in good working order, it might be a good idea to have somebody take a look at your Suburban to make sure everything is working properly.
