Does 4-Way Trailer Wiring Include Reverse Light Circuit

Question:

Having trouble with the 4 way hook up. I’m not getting reverse lights and I had ever light working but when I had the left signal light working the right also start blinking if I single the right it works correctly do I have the worg conector? The wires I have brown, yellow, green and light green. I also have a white connected to the frame for the ground

4-Way trailer wiring does not carry the reverse light circuit. 4-way wiring carriers a ground, taillights, left turn/stop, and right turn/stop.

Typically if the reverse light circuit is needed we recommend the 4-way to 5-way adapter part # 20036 which you could run to the reverse light circuit of the truck.
